The Fernpass at 1,207m is a major Tyrolean pass connecting Zugspitz Arena with the Inn valley, passing the romantic Fernsteinsee and Blindsee lakes along the way. Despite heavy tourist traffic, the scenery around the dark green mountain lakes is genuinely beautiful.
