The Passo Predil at 1,156m is a scenic border crossing between Italy and Slovenia in the Julian Alps, set between the dramatic cliffs of the Raibler See (Lago del Predil). The turquoise lake and surrounding peaks make this one of the most beautiful low-altitude passes in the eastern Alps.
